C.O.I.N. Club

C.O.I.N. Club is Kidz Economy's investing program for ages 9–12, and it's taught by experience, not lecture. Across the term your students run a real classroom economy: they earn KC, decide what to bank and what to keep, put money to work, weather a surprise cost, back ventures, and watch their choices play out on the board. By the Finale they've lived the ideas most adults only read about — compounding, opportunity cost, keeping a buffer, diversification, risk and reward, and the power of starting now. This course hands you everything to run it. Begin with Before You Start: the Setup Guide and room map, the Banker's Card (every fixed number in one place — keep it beside you all term), the Instructor FAQ, the Skills Stock roster, and how the program flexes to an 8-, 9- or 10-week term. Then work through one section per lesson — each holds the slides to present and a single-page Teacher Guide you can skim the night before. How to teach from it: the slides carry the content; the guides tell you how to run the room — the questions to ask, where to make it real, when to award a Skills Stock, and how to keep the economy consistent week to week. You're facilitating an experience, not delivering a lesson. Keep the Banker's Card open, protect the activity time, and let the students' own results do the teaching.
